Our products are fragrance-free, meaning no artificial fragrances are added (you won't see 'fragrance' on the ingredient list). The scent you notice comes from natural, plant-derived ingredients, making it safe for sensitive skin. It has a fresh aroma that’s not only pleasant but also provides calming and soothing benefits for your pup.
My pump feels stiff, and the foam isn’t coming out strong. What should I do?
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. The first few pumps might be a bit tough, but the pump should work smoothly after a few uses. If it’s still rough or the foam isn’t coming out strong even after several tries, please email us at support@petoracares.com. There may be a manufacturing hiccup, and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement pump right away!
My pet accidentally licked the product, would she/he be okay?
Not to worry! Our products are crafted from plant based ingredients, so a small taste won't harm your furry friend. However, like with any product, excessive consumption could lead to issues.
