We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $60.

Orders under $60 have a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

When will I receive my order?

The package will arrive approximately 5-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands may experience longer transit times).

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Do you ship internationally

We do not currently offer international shipping.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your furry baby to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply shoot us an email at support@petoracares.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll guide you through the return process and issue a full refund for your order, minus shipping fees ($7.99).

Will I be responsible for covering return shipping expenses?

We are sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable. As per our policy, you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs when sending back your items.

My order arrived with something missing/incorrect/damaged.

If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at support@petoracares.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
